Dubai Fitness Challenge Fitness Villages 2026: Zabeel Park Confirmed — Kite Beach & Al Warqa’a Status, Hubs & Activities

For Dubai Fitness Challenge 2026, three free Fitness Villages and more than 23 Community Fitness Hubs have been announced — but only one village has been officially named so far: the Dubai Municipality 30×30 Fitness Village at Zabeel Park. Most guides list Kite Beach and Al Warqa’a as confirmed 2026 villages; they are not — not yet. This page separates what is confirmed for 2026 from what is expected based on 2025, and we update it the moment official village names and timings drop.

Zabeel Park Fitness Village (Confirmed for 2026)

The Dubai Municipality 30×30 Fitness Village at Zabeel Park is the one village officially named for the 2026 challenge — and it doubles as the most practical place in the whole month: it is where every Dubai Run participant collects their bib (and T-shirt, if selected at registration) between 2 and 21 November. Expect the village to run for the full challenge month with group workout zones, kids’ activities and sports courts, in line with Dubai Municipality’s announcement of free classes and ladies’ areas across the villages. It is also next door to the challenge’s closing event — Dubai Yoga at Zabeel Park on 29 November. See the full calendar in our Dubai Fitness Challenge 2026 guide.

Kite Beach Fitness Village: What We Know (and What We Don’t)

Kite Beach hosted the DP World 30×30 Fitness Village, billed as Dubai’s largest free fitness hub, and searches for “Kite Beach Fitness Village” spike every year for good reason: in 2025 the beachfront site ran a main stage with mass workouts, bootcamp, boxing, MMA, spinning and rebounder zones, yoga and Pilates decks, beach volleyball and basketball, bookable padel and volleyball courts and a cricket arena. Its 2025 timings were weekdays 3pm–11pm and weekends 7am–11pm, with class schedules and court bookings via the DFC booking site.

For 2026: the official Dubai Fitness Challenge website still carries the Kite Beach village page — a strong sign it returns — but at the time of writing the page still displays the 2025 programme (1–30 November) and 2025 timings. Treat dates and timings as expected, not confirmed, until the page updates. The famous outdoor Kite Beach gym area by the running track, meanwhile, is a year-round feature of the beach, challenge or no challenge.

Al Warqa’a Park Village (Expected)

Dubai Municipality’s Al Warqa’a Park village was the family-focused option in 2025, built around the park’s 2.8km track with a ladies-only activity zone. It has not yet been officially named for 2026 — we list it as expected based on the 2025 pattern and Dubai Municipality’s role running the village programme.

Community Fitness Hubs: Free Fitness in Your Neighbourhood

Alongside the three villages, more than 23 Community Fitness Hubs will host free classes and workouts across Dubai for the full month of the challenge — in gyms, parks, beaches and malls, so there is likely one within a short drive of wherever you live. The full 2026 hub list had not been published at the time of writing; in 2025 there were around 30 hubs, and a similar spread is expected this year.

How to Book Classes and Courts

Village entry is free. In past editions, specific classes and bookable courts (such as padel and volleyball at Kite Beach) were reserved through the official booking site, booking.dubaifitnesschallenge.com — check there once the 2026 village pages go live, and arrive early for main-stage sessions, which fill up fast at weekends.
