Location: Al Jaddaf on Dubai Creek

Creek station sits in Al Jaddaf, a waterfront district on the southern bank of Dubai Creek, between Dubai Healthcare City and Festival City. When the Green Line first opened in 2011 it terminated at Dubai Healthcare City; the extension through Al Jadaf to Creek opened on 1 March 2014, pushing the line to the water’s edge.

The area around the station is still developing — low-rise residential blocks, the creek waterfront, and the striking Mohammed Bin Rashid Library, whose giant open-book silhouette is visible from the platform. Directly across the water sits Dubai Festival City, reachable today by abra.

Platforms & Directions

Creek is an elevated terminus with two side platforms. All trains depart toward e& (G11), calling at Al Jadaf (G29) first and then every Green Line station north through Deira and Bur Dubai.
